NORTH DMC SENSITIZED SANITARY SUPERVISORY STAFF AGAINST COVID 19

North DMC today held a meeting of its Sanitation Supervisory staff to sensitize them against COVID -19 / Corona virus. The meeting was held at Aruna Asaf Ali meeting hall at Dr. S.P.M. Civic Centre which was chaired by Addl. Cmr. (Health & DEMS), Mr. Sandip Jacques. The meeting was also attended by the Director-In-Chief (DEMS), Mr. Naurang Singh; MHO, Dr. Ashok Rawat and other senior officers who detailed the precautions and steps to be taken at Public Utilities specially to check the transmission of Corona Virus through users of the public utilities. They were asked to upkeep the sanitation of public utilities because that may be the reason of transmission of virus. They were told to prepare a solution of Sodium Hypochlorite to sanitize the commonly used areas like washbasin, door handles etc. in the public utilities. The most important aspect is to properly hand wash, hence, awareness stickers about manner in which hands must be washed should be displayed next to washbasin. The staff was informed that the virus can travel to human body through eyes, nose or hands, that’s why hands hygiene is most important. The staff was asked to wear masks and hand gloves as per the instructions given to them for their own protection against the disease. The staff was asked to disseminate the methodology to their lower staff for their awareness and using the equipment while sanitizing the areas. They were asked to sanitize the zonal office buildings, CSBs and other office buildings which are having more footfalls. उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम ने स्वच्छता पर्यवेक्षकों को COVID -19 के बारे में सचेत किया

उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम ने आज COVID -19 / कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ सचेत करने के लिए अपने स्वच्छता पर्यवेक्षकों की एक बैठक की। अतिरिक्त आयुक्त (स्वास्थ्य और डेम्स), श्री संदीप जेक्स की अध्यक्षता में बैठक डॉ एस.पी.एम. सिविक सेंटर, अरुणा आसफ अली मीटिंग हॉल में में हुई। बैठक में डायरेक्टर-इन-चीफ (डीईएमएस), श्री नौरंग सिंह; एमएचओ, डॉ अशोक रावत और अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने भी भाग लिया। स्वच्छता पर्यवेक्षकों को सार्वजनिक उपयोगिताओं में में बरती जाने वाली सावधानियां और उठाये जाने वाले कदमों, विशेष रूप से उपयोगकर्ताओं के द्वारा कोरोना वायरस के प्रसारण की रोकथाम की दृष्टि से जानकारी दी। स्वच्छता पर्यवेक्षकों को सार्वजनिक उपयोगिताओं की स्वच्छता को बनाए रखने के लिए कहा गया क्योंकि यह वायरस के संचरण का कारण हो सकता है। उन्हें सार्वजनिक उपयोगिताओं में वॉशबेसिन, दरवाज़े के हैंडल आदि जैसे आमतौर पर इस्तेमाल किए जाने वाले क्षेत्रों को साफ करने के लिए सोडियम हाइपोक्लोराइट का एक समाधान तैयार करने के लिए कहा गया। सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पहलू ठीक से हाथ धोना है, इसलिए, हाथ धोने के तरीके के बारे में जागरूकता स्टिकर वॉशबेसिन के बगल में प्रदर्शित किए जाने के लिए कहा गया है। स्वच्छता पर्यवेक्षकों को सूचित किया गया था कि वायरस मानव शरीर में आंखों, नाक या हाथों के माध्यम से फैल सकता है, इसीलिए हाथों की स्वच्छता सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है। रोग से बचाव के लिए कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिया गया था कि वे मास्क और हाथ के दस्ताने पहनें। कर्मचारियों को उनकी जागरूकता के लिए अपने निचले कर्मचारियों में कार्यप्रणाली का प्रसार करने और क्षेत्रों की सफाई करते समय सुरक्षा उपकरणों का उपयोग करने के लिए कहा गया । उन्हें आंचलिक कार्यालय भवनों, सीएसबी और अन्य कार्यालय भवनों को भी सेनिटाइज़ कर साफ करने के लिए कहा गया विशेषकर जहाँ अधिक संख्या में लोग आते है।
