New Delhi, 10 January.  A Jansampark Abhiyan was launched across Delhi today to demand the funds of Rs 13000 crore of Municipal Corporations from the Kejriwal government and leaflets were distributed containing the information related to the outstanding funds. Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta launched Jansampark Abhiyan from West Patel Nagar and distributed leaflets among the local residents. Leader of Opposition Ramvir Singh Bidhuri in Molarband Vistar of Badarpur, State Organization General Secretary Siddharthan in Pandit Pant Marg, MP Ramesh Bidhuri in Tughlakabad Village, MP Gautam Gambhir in Trilokpuri, Delhi BJP Former President and MLA Vijender Gupta in Vinobha Kunj Apartment of Rohini, Delhi BJP Former President Satish Upadhyay in Green Park and Mini Market of Safdarjang, State General Secretary Harsh Malhotra in Navin Shahdara, Rohtash Nagar, State General Secretary Dinesh Pratap Singh in Ganesh Nagar Complex in Pandav Nagar participated in the Jansampark Abhiyan and distributed leaflets among the residents.

Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta said that, all the three municipal corporations are not demanding the dues from the Kejriwal government for their own expenses but for paying the salaries of the employees. Corporation employees cared for the health of Delhiites more than their own health in the Corona crisis and as frontline warriors maintained the cleanliness to medical system properly and presented a unique example of service by being dutiful in such testing times as well. Arvind Kejriwal's insensitivity towards the corporation employees sitting on a constitutional post of Chief Minister is ruthless. The Kejriwal government has never appreciated the excellent work being done by the corporation employees and has always taken an indifferent approach with them. Now under the guise of political hatred, the Kejriwal government is not releasing on the outstanding funds of the corporations, due to which the corporation employees are deprived of their salary for months.

Adesh Gupta said that, the BJP's struggle will continue till the Delhi government releases the money of the corporations and lakhs of hardworking employees of the corporation get their salaries. With the prominence, BJP karyakartas are running a mass movement demanding the corporation's dues fund and through leaflets BJP karyakartas are informing Delhiites about the lies and failures of CM Kejriwal, by giving them information related to the dues of the corporation. We are also getting full support of Delhiites.  For the salaries of the corporation employees, we will compel Kejriwal government to release the outstanding fund of the corporation.

LOP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri said that, CM Kejriwal is wasting the public's hard earned money in his publicity but has stalled the salaries of the health workers, teachers, sweepers, malaria department, horticulture department employees of the three municipal corporations. Kejriwal is not releasing the outstanding fund of corporations for pension of retired employees and mid-day meal to children.

State Organization General Secretary Siddharthan said that, the Kejriwal government has stopped the fund of the corporation and obstructed the development work of Delhi, due to which the people of Delhi may face many problems later. Due to the irresponsible attitude of the Kejriwal government, the basic facilities provided to the people of Delhi every day have also come to a standstill, but CM Kejriwal is not concerned with it. From the very beginning Kejriwal government used to cut the constitutionally allocated funds of corporations and now stopped the fund of Rs 13000 crore.

MP Ramesh Bidhuri said that, the task of the state governments is to strengthen the civic bodies, while the Kejriwal government is trying to cripple the municipal corporation by stalling Rs 13000 crore. The people of Delhi are facing a lot of problems due to this manipulation of Kejriwal government. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is now doing the politics by accusing others to hide his shortcomings.

MP Gautam Gambhir said that, CM Kejriwal, who has changed his behaviour from time to time, worked to weaken BJP-ruled corporations working at the ground level instead of working for the people of Delhi. CM Kejriwal has no shortage of money for his publicity but has not paid the salaries of the corporation employees who provide basic amenities to the people of Delhi for months, due to which they are suffering alot.

On this occasion, state, district and mandal office bearers took part in the Jansampark Abhiyan and distributed leaflets.
