New Delhi June 14. The Delhi BJP Media Head Shri Naveen Kumar, while questioning the unlocking process of Kejriwal government, wondered when a lot of things have been reopened due to decrease in Corona cases, why not parks and grounds.
He said while this relaxation will give some relief to children from being at home for long periods, it will also be good for their physical health. In the same way, people of all age will be able to go for a walk and will thus remain healthy. In fact June 21 is the international yoga day which has inspired the whole world but if parks were to be closed it will be injustice for them who practice yoga or give it's training, he said.
Shri Naveen Kumar said the timing for opening and closing of parks and grounds can be fixed but to keep them closed would not be proper. He said as most of people go to parks for yoga or other exercises to increase their immunity it will only be appropriate to open them now in larger public interest.
