Human service is our aim-Adesh Gupta
New Delhi, 7 October. The state BJP president Shri Adesh Gupta said it was today 20 years ago in 2001 that Shri Narendra Modi took over as Gujarat chief minister and he has now completed 20 years of public service of which 7 years include as prime minister. During the course of these 20 years, he has changed the very definition of politics and has set an mission in the world of Jan sewa in the nation’s interest as BJP’s only aim is manav sewa.
Speaking at the party office here today after distributing equipment to differently able under sewa and samarpan drive, he said Shri Modi has presented himself as pradhan sewak. He said on the occasion of 71st birthday of Shri Modi a drive sewa and samarpan was started under which 71 differently able people are being given this equipment. But if you happen to know any such person, you can inform the party here and we will provide such equipment for them too, he said.
Shri Gupta, remembering Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, said the dream of the BJP won’t be fulfilled till the person sitting in the last row of the society is connected to the mainstream. And now Shri Modi has made that happen. Present on the occasion were vice president and programme convener Shri Virender Sachdeva, secretary and co-convener Sardar Impreet Singh Bakshi and Shri Bikram Mittal among others.
