NEW DELHI—Congress candidate for the Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha constituency Shri Jai Prakash Agarwal today offered prayers at various temples on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti to seek the blessings of the Bhakth of Lord Ram. Shri Agarwal also prayed for the well-being of the residents of Chandni Chowk, which is a familiar turf of Shri Agarwal, who was not only a resident of the area, but also voter who knows the people by name, as he was one among them, and fought many elections from the constituency.

 

Shri Jai Prakash Agarwal offered prayers in the morning at the historic Hanuman Mandir in Connaught Place, He also offered prayers at the Marghat Wala  Hanuman Mandir near the ISBT Bus Terminal. He was accompanied by president of the Chemicals Merchants Association Shri Pradeep Gupta, He also offered prayers at the Hanuman Mandir in Chandni Chowk, Model Town, Pitampura Village Chaupal, Tri Nagar, Rani Bagh and Deputy Ganj. MLA Akhilesh Tripathi, ex-MLA Shri Kunwar Karan Singh, Anil Bhardwaj, Rajesh Jain and many Congress workers also accompanied.
