Chief Minister ShriArvind Kejriwal to hold road shows in favour of the three Congress candidates for the Lok Sabha elections at Model Town and Jahangirpuri tomorrow (Wednesday)—Devender Yadav

 Delhi Pradesh CongressCommittee president Shri Devender Yadav said that Delhi Chief Minister ShriArvinder Kejriwal will hold  road shows at Model Town and  Jahangirpuri tomorrow(Wednesday) in support of the three Congress candidates of India Alliance for the Lok Sabha elections,  Shri JaiPrakash Agarwal (Chandni Chowk), Dr Udit Raj (North West Delhi) and Shri Kanhaiya Kumar (North East Delhi), in which all the three Congress candidates will also take part.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that thousands of Congress and AamAadmi Party workers, who have been doing election work together for all the seven India Alliance candidates for the past many days, will take part in the road show, as it will add fresh impetus to the campaign of the Congress candidates.  

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that Congress and India Allianceworkers have been canvassing in all the seven Lok Sabha constituencies with complete coordination and understanding, and their united functioning will be reflected in Shri Kejriwal’s road show tomorrow.  Shri Devender Yadav said that there was tremendous enthusiasm and motivation among the Congress and India Alliance workers, who have pledged to ensure the victory of the India Alliance candidates in all the seven Lok Sabha constituencies.

Manifesto Committee holds meeting to discuss final drafts of Delhi’s constituency-specific manifestos

 

NEW DELHI, —A meeting of  the Manifesto Committee of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee, under the leadership of chairman of the Manifesto Committee Ch. Anil Kumar, was held at the DPCC office, Rajiv Bhawan here today, to give final shape to the draft constituency-specific  manifestos, which will focus on the  issues affecting the three Lok Sabha constituencies of Chandni Chowk, North West Delhi and North East Delhi, where Congress has fielded its candidates with the support of India Alliance.

 

Ch. Anil Kumar said that the draft copies of the manifesto will be given to DPCC president Shri Devender Yadav and AICC General Secretary and In-charge of Delhi Shri Deepak Babaria for their perusal and approval.

 

Besides Ch. Anil Kumar, others present at the meeting were Shri Chattar Singh, member of Central Manifesto Committee Shri Amitabh Dubey, Chairman of the Communications Department Shri Anil Bhardwaj, Delhi Pradesh Mahila Congress president Smt. Pushpa Singh, Shri Rajesh Garg and Adv. Sunil Kumar.
