DPCC president Shri Devender Yadav inaugurates BLA-2 training camp at Badli Assembly constituency to provide all-round training to booth level agents in booth management

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav, addressing a training camp of (Booth Level Agents) BLA-2  in the Badli Assembly constituency today, said that the Congress workers, in association with the India Alliance workers, have been working hard to expose the  authoritarian rule of the BJP at the booth level. He said that the Congress workers and booth managers, with their enthusiastic and energetic campaigning, have been strengthening every polling booth to activate the Congress workers and the public to ensure the victory of  the Congress and India Alliance candidates in all the seven Lok Sabha constituencies in Delhi. He said that the Congress workers have been interacting with  each and every voter to give wide publicity to the 5 Nyay and 25 guarantees included in the Congress manifesto, which will be implemented fully when the India Alliance comes to power at the Centre.

 

Shri Devender Yadav, inaugurating the training camp of BLA-2, organised by the Delhi Congress Booth Management Committee, at his Assembly constituency Badli, said that the training camp was an excellent exercise to equip the BLA-2  with booth management skills. He said that such training camps for BLA-2  will be held in all the Assembly constituencies in the next seven days to strengthen the booths. He said that Congress workers will be present in all the polling booths in all the seven Lok Sabha constituencies, to make the voters aware of Congress’ promises to uplift the condition of their lives, and also to raise issues affecting the people like unemployment, price rise, and the failures of the BJP Government in the past 10 years.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that the training camps will give full information to the booth level agents on how to carry out the publicity campaign for the Congress candidates, how to tell the voters about the salient features in the Congress manifesto of 5 Nyay and 25 guarantees at the booth level, how to check the voter list, keeping an eye on the polling machines on the voting day, what all work the booth agents should do inside and outside the polling booths, and what steps should be taken forthwith if any malpractices were witnessed during polling day etc. He said that Congress booth agents will be present in all the 13630 polling booths in Delhi, who will work for the India Alliance candidates for their victory with door-to-door interactions with the people.

 

The BLA-2  training camp was organised by Chairman of the Booth Management Committee Rajesh Garg and the training was imparted by Arun Garg. Former District president Inderjit Shoukeen, former Councillor Dharamveer Yadav, Jai Prakash Rana, Badli observer Indira Meena, Councillor candidates Ajay Yadav and Ashok Yadav, Anil Rana and Neele Pehlwan were also present.

 

Shri Rajesh Garg said that the Booth Management Committee has been holding camps to strengthening the party at the booth-level for the past many months, and booth committees were  formed  at every booth to appoint BLAs. He said that the booth committees will make door-to-door visits for the publicity campaigns of the Congress and India Alliance candidates, and strengthen the Congress at the booth level.
