The General Secretary of Congress and MP Kumari Selja said that the BJP government is privatizing education. Thousands of teaching positions are vacant in government schools in the state, but the government is not filling these vacancies. This is promoting private schools. This is becoming a major problem, especially for economically weaker sections, as their children study in government schools. The government wants to deprive these children of education and push them further behind.

In a statement released to the media Kumari Selja said that there are 9995 vacant PGT teacher positions in 2300 schools in Haryana. With so many vacancies, it can be said that the education system in government schools has become weak. Naturally, the education of students in government schools is being disrupted. This clearly indicates that the BJP government has conspired to deprive the children of needy families of education. Kumari Selja said that both education and health services are essential, but the BJP government has failed to provide quality services in both areas. Kumari Selja said that the same situation exists in higher education. The Bharatiya Janata Party is leaving no stone unturned in bringing down the level of education in Haryana to zero. Kumari Selja said that out of 7986 professor positions in 182 colleges in the state, 4618 are vacant. These vacancies have made the future path of Haryana narrow and dark. She said that today, a common discussion is whether the BJP's mentality is that an educated society will not fall for their propaganda, so they want to break the society from education. She mentioned that Congress has always taken steps to promote the field of education, so that everyone has better education opportunities. The dream of improvement can be achieved only through education. Only by receiving better education can people stand on their own feet and contribute to the country's progress. But the BJP government is failing government educational institutions to promote private ones. Those who cannot pay hefty fees, how will they educate their children. Kumari Selja said that education should never be commercialized. In a democracy, everyone should have equal opportunities for education. When the Congress government comes, better educational opportunities will be provided so that everyone can educate their children better and raise their standard of living. This will also lead to the progress of the country. Good citizens will be available to the country. She said that whatever the mentality, one thing is certain: a trustworthy government will be established in Haryana, and the people of Haryana will get justice.
