Congress workers focus on making the deaf and dump AAP and BJP Governments hear the voice of the people--highlight the issues affecting the people—Devender Yadav

The recent victories of the Congress in the bye elections to the State Assemblies boost the morale of the Congress workers—Devender Yadav

NEW DELHI, July 14, 2025—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav said that Delhi Congress’ main concern was to make the deaf and dump Aam Aadmi Party Government and the BJP Government   hear the voice of the people, whether it was regarding water logging, non-desilting of drains and sewers, water leakage and theft, shortage of drinking water, hike in power tariff, price rise, unemployment, demolition of the dwelling units of the poor etc. and other such issues affecting the people, as both AAP and BJP have made only hollow promises to betray  Delhiites.

Addressing an Executive Committee of the Badarpur District Congress Committee at Govindpuri in the Kalkaji Assembly constituency, Shri Devender Yadav said that Congress workers have been making regular interaction with the local people, and highliting the failures, corruption and unfulfilled promises of the AAP Government and the BJP in the past 10 years, because of which development works have come to a halt, and public utility infrastructures and services have deteriorated, with both these Governments doing nothing to improve things.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the monthly meetings of Block and District Congress Committees, and the Executive Committee of the DCCs, have made a great impact in rejuvenating the party at all levels, including State and booth-levels. Shri Yadav said that Congress workers have been putting their best efforts to regain the party’s preeminent position, as people now want Congress back in power in the Capital, to resume development works and change the fortune of the people.
