डबवाली, हांसी और असंध में लोग हुए एकजुट, धरने जारी

अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी की महासचिव, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री एवं सिरसा से लोकसभा सांसद कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि प्रदेश की जुमलेबाज भाजपा सरकार झूठे वायदे कर अब तक जनता को गुमराह करती आ रही है। अब सरकार प्रदेश में नए जिले बनाने का झुनझुना बजा रही है।  गोहाना, हांसी, डबवाली, असंध को जिला बनाए जाने की मांग की जाती रही है, विधानसभा चुनाव का देखते हुए सरकार ने फिर से शिगूफा छेड़ दिया है पर नया जिला बनाने की सरकार की कोई मंशा दिखाई नहीं दे रही है, अगर भाजपा सरकार ने अपना वायदा पूरा न किया तो कांग्रेस की सरकार आने पर नए जिले बनाए जाएंगे।

मीडिया को जारी बयान में कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि प्रदेश में 22 जिले है, कुछ और नए जिले बनाने की मांग की जाती रही है और इस मांग को लेकर जगह जगह लोग धरना प्रदर्शन कर रहे है। हांसी को जिला बनाने की मांग को लेकर कई सालों से लोग संघर्ष कर रहे है, कभी धरना प्रदर्शन होते है, ज्ञापन सौंपे जाते है पर लोगों को हर बार आश्वासन की घुट्टी पिला दी जाती है। बाद में हांसी को पुलिस का नया जिला बना दिया गया पर हांसी को जिला बनाने की मांग आज भी वहीं हैं। इसी प्रकार पंजाब की सीमा से सटे डबवाली को भी जिला बनाने की कई बार मांग उठी, धरने प्रदर्शन हुए हर बार आश्ववान ही मिले। प्रदेश की सत्ता में सिरसा की भागेदारी रही पर कोई प्रयास नहीं हुआ। डबवाली प्रदेश में सबसे ज्यादा नशा प्रभावित क्षेत्र है, सरकार की जब बदनामी हुई तो डबवाली को पुलिस का नया जिला बना दिया पर उसे नए जिले का रूप आज भी नहीं दिया गया। आज नए जिले की मांग को लेकर डबवाली के लोग दलगत राजनीति से ऊपर उठकर एकजुट हो रहे है और उन्होंने संघर्ष समिति तक बनाई है।

उन्होंने कहा कि रानियां के लोग रानियां को उपमंडल बनाने की मांग को लेकर धरना प्रदर्शन करते आ रहे है, रानियां के अधिवक्ता इस मांग को लेकर कई बार प्रदर्शन कर चुके हैं और आज भी उनका प्रदर्शन जारी है। रानियां नया उपमंडल बनाए जाने की शर्तो को पूरा करता है उस ओर सरकार द्वारा कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है। हांसी भी जिला बनने की लगभग सभी शर्तों को पूरा कर रहा है। सोनीपत के गोहाना करनाल के असंध और गुरुग्राम के मानेसर को भी जिला बनाने की मांग उठ रही है। सरकार हांसी को जिला बनाकर उसमें हांसी के अलावा भिवानी का बवानीखेड़ा और हिसार का नारनौंद हलका भी शामिल कर सकती है। करनाल के असंध से विधायक शमशेर सिंह गोगी विधानसभा में कई बार असंध को जिला बनाने की मांग कर चुके हैं। सरकार ने अब नए जिलों के गठन के लिए एक नई कैबिनेट सब कमेटी का गठन किया है। यह कमेटी जब तक अपनी रिपोर्ट पेश करेगी तब तक विधानसभा चुनाव हो चुके होंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि नए जिले बनाने को लेकर सरकार ने कोई ठोस कदम न उठाया तो कांग्रेस की सरकार आने पर नए जिले बनाए जाएंगे।
