40 साल बाद न्याय की उम्मीद जागी: हरमीत सिंह कालका, जगदीप सिंह काहलों

 दिल्ली गुरुद्वारा कमेटी ने 1984 के सिख नरसंहार केस में जगदीश टाइटलर के खिलाफ आरोप तय करने के अदालती फैसले का स्वागत किया

नई दिल्ली, 30 अगस्त: दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी ने राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट द्वारा 1984 के सिख नरसंहार केस में कांग्रेस नेता जगदीश टाइटलर के खिलाफ हत्या और अन्य धाराओं के तहत आरोप तय करने के फैसले का स्वागत करते हुए कहा है कि आखिरकार 40 साल बाद सिख समुदाय को न्याय मिलने की उम्मीद जगी है।

राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट द्वारा सुनाए गए फैसले के बाद अदालत के बाहर मीडिया से बात करते हुए प्रधान सरदार हरमीत सिंह कालका, महासचिव सरदार जगदीप सिंह काहलों और मीत प्रधान आत्मा सिंह लुबाना ने कहा कि टाइटलर के खिलाफ धारा 143, 147, 153 ए, 188, 295, 436, 451, 380, 149, 302 और 109 आईपीसी के तहत आरोप तय करने का फैसला अदालत ने सुनाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि 40 साल बाद हमारी कौम की आवाज़ सुनी गई है क्योंकि हमें न्यायपालिका पर पूरा भरोसा है। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र में कांग्रेस की अगुवाई वाली सरकारों ने बार-बार टाइटलर को क्लीन चिट दी थी, हालांकि उसके 1984 के सिख नरसंहार केसों में शामिल होने के पुख्ता सबूत थे।

उन्होंने कहा कि जब ये दोषी सत्ता में थे, तो उन्होंने तीन बार अपने आपको क्लीन चिट दिलवाई। उन्होंने कहा कि जब सत्ता बदली, तो सीबीआई ने बारीकी से केस की जांच की और अब उनके खिलाफ आरोप तय हो रहे हैं क्योंकि दिल्ली गुरुद्वारा कमेटी ने भी सीबीआई के साथ गंभीरता से सहयोग करते हुए यह मुकाम हासिल किया है। उन्होंने माननीय जज साहिब का भी धन्यवाद किया जिन्होंने इतने पुराने केस में अब न्याय किया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि आज अदालत का फैसला एक केस में सामने आया है और भविष्य में 1984 के अन्य केसों में भी टाइटलर की संलिप्तता सामने आ जाएगी, और दिल्ली गुरुद्वारा कमेटी यह सुनिश्चित करेगी कि मानवता के खिलाफ इस घृणित अपराध के लिए दोषी को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा मिले।

उन्होंने कहा कि अब वो दिन लद गए जब कांग्रेस के आदेश पर पुलिस और कानून लागू करने वाली अन्य एजेंसियां धरती पर इस सबसे घृणित नरसंहार के लिए टाइटलर और अन्य दोषियों को बार-बार क्लीन चिट देती थीं।

उन्होंने कहा कि 2014 में श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद केंद्र सरकार ने उन सभी केसों की नए सिरे से जांच के आदेश दिए जो बंद कर दिए गए थे, और एक विशेष एसआईटी गठित की गई थी, और अब परिणाम लोगों के सामने हैं।

सरदार कालका और सरदार काहलों ने कहा कि पहले सज्जन कुमार को सलाखों के पीछे भेजा गया था और अब भी वह सलाखों के पीछे है, और हम कोशिश करेंगे कि टाइटलर भी जल्द से जल्द सलाखों के पीछे जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि 1984 के सिख नरसंहार के अन्य केसों की भी दिल्ली कमेटी गंभीरता से पैरवी कर रही है और हर केस में दोषियों को सजा दिलवाई जाएगी।

दिल्ली/ चंडीगढ़, 30  अगस्त।   करनाल रोड शो में मुख्यमंत्री नायब सैनी ने कहा कि उमड़ा जनसैलाब भाजपा सरकार में लोगो के विश्वास और आकांक्षाओं का प्रतीक है। हरियाणा की जनता भाजपा सरकार के विकसित हरियाणा बनाने के मिशन में जुड़ चुकी है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा के हर बूथ पर कमल खिलेगा। रोड शो के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने पत्रकारों से भी बात की और कांग्रेस को भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में घेरा।  
मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी का रोड शो रघुनाथ नगर (इब्राहिम मंडी) से शुरू होकर रघुनाथ मंदिर चौक से वाया सदर बाजार, जवाहर मार्केट, नावलटी चौक, दयालपुरा गेट, पुरानी जीटी रोड से पुरानी सब्जी मंडी पर संपन्न हुआ। जहां-जहां से रोड शो निकला लोगों ने मुख्यमंत्री पर फूल बरसाकर भव्य स्वागत किया। मुख्यमंत्री भी पूरे रास्ते लोगों पर फूलों की वर्षा करते रहे। इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री के साथ जिलाध्यक्ष योगेंद्र राणा, पूर्व महापौर रेनू बाला गुप्ता, पूर्व जिलाध्यक्ष अशोक सुखिजा सहित अन्य प्रमुख नेता भी मौजूद रहे।
रोड शो के दौरान जगह-जगह मुख्यमंत्री ने लोगों से संवाद भी किया और हाथ जोड़कर भाजपा के लिए वोट देने की अपील की। रोड शो में कार्यकर्ताओं और आम लोगों के हाथों में भाजपा के झंडों ने माहौल को भाजपामय बना दिया। कार्यकर्ता मोदी, मनोहर और नायब सिंह सैनी जिंदाबाद, भारत माता के जयकारे लगाते हुए चलते रहे। रोड शो में उमड़ी भीड़ से गदगद सीएम सैनी ने कहा कि लोगों का उत्साह बता रहा है कि करनाल की सभी विधानसभाओं में 4 अक्टूबर को कमल खिलने जा रहा है।
रोड शो में लोगों के जबरदस्त जोश और उत्साह को देखकर सीएम सैनी ने सभी लोगों का आभार जताते हुए कहा कि मैं आप लोगों से मिले प्यार और आत्मियता से अभिभूत हूं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हरियाणा प्रदेश की जनता का समर्थन और आशीर्वाद दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने दावा करते हुए कहा कि भाजपा के कार्यकर्ताओं की मेहनत और जन आशीर्वाद से 4 अक्टूबर को भाजपा बड़े मैंडेट के साथ तीसरी बार सरकार बना रही है।
रोड शो के दौरान पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री नायब सैनी ने कहा कि करनाल के लोगों से मैं बहुत प्यार और स्नेह करता हूं। करनाल के लोगों का भरपूर आशीर्वाद मेरे साथ है। करनाल की भूमि को प्रणाम करते हुए सीएम सैनी ने कहा कि मेरे लिए परम सौभाग्य की बात है कि करनाल के लोगों का खूब आशीर्वाद मिल रहा है और आगे भी मिलता रहेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 4 अक्टूबर को परिणाम भाजपा के पक्ष में आ रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में हरियाणा के अंदर डबल इंजन की सरकार बनेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार पीएम मोदी के साथ मिलकर हरियाणा के विकास की गति को और तेजी से बढ़ाते हुए विकसित भारत में अपनी प्रमुख भूमिका अदा करेगी।
पत्रकार के सवाल पर सीएम सैनी ने कहा कि हमने प्रत्याशियों के नामों की सूची को केंद्रीय नेतृत्व के पास भेज दिया है। अब पॉर्लियामेंट बोर्ड प्रत्याशियों के नाम तय करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जो भी व्यक्ति कमल का फूल लेकर आएगा उसको हमारे कार्यकर्ता जिताने का काम करेंगे। हुड्डा पर ईडी की जांच के मामले को लेकर पूछे गए एक सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि जो भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त होता है ईडी उसी पर कार्रवाई करती है।  चुनाव लड़ने के एक सवाल पर सीएम सैनी ने हंसते हुए कहा कि चिंता करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है मैं करनाल से ही चुनाव लड़ूंगा।

पटना के दीघा स्थित जीवन ज्योति केंद्र में आज भोजपुरी सिनेमा की सुपरस्टार अभिनेत्री और सिंगर अक्षरा सिंह का जन्मदिन बेहद खास अंदाज में मनाया गया। अक्षरा सिंह फैन्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष सुरेंद्र कुमार के नेतृत्व में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में मूक-बधिर बच्चों के साथ मिलकर इस मौके को यादगार बनाया गया।

इस कार्यक्रम में अक्षरा सिंह के पिता बिपिन सिंह और प्रवक्ता विवेक कुमार भी उपस्थित रहे, जिन्होंने बच्चों के बीच मिठाई, भोजन, कॉपी, कलम, और किताबें वितरित कीं। बच्चों के चेहरों पर खुशी और उमंग के साथ अक्षरा सिंह का जन्मदिन मनाया गया। मौके पर अक्षरा सिंह के पिता बिपिन सिंह ने उनके जन्मदिन पर अपने विचार साझा करते हुए कहा, "अक्षरा हमेशा से समाज के प्रति संवेदनशील रही है और उसने हमेशा जरूरतमंदों की मदद करने की कोशिश की है। आज मूक-बधिर बच्चों के साथ उसका जन्मदिन मनाना मेरे लिए गर्व का पल है। इन बच्चों के बीच अक्षरा ने जो प्यार और खुशी बांटी है, वह उसकी सच्ची इंसानियत को दर्शाता है। मुझे विश्वास है कि वह आगे भी इसी तरह समाज के लिए कार्य करती रहेगी और लोगों के दिलों में अपनी खास जगह बनाए रखेगी।"

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਇਕ ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ 1984 ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਟਾਈਟਲਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਵੇਗੀ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਇਸ ਘਿਨੌਣੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਲਈ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਤੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲੇ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਦਿਨ ਲੱਦ ਗਏ ਜਦੋ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਧਰਤੀ ’ਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਘਿਨੌਣੇ ਹੱਤਿਆਕਾਂਡ ਲਈ ਟਾਈਟਲਰ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਕਲੀਨ ਚਿੱਟ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 2014 ਵਿਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਨ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਿਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਐਸ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਗਠਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹਨ।

New Delhi, August 30: Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) has welcomed decision of the Rouse Avenue court to frame charges against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in a case of 1984 Sikh genocide and its President Harmeet Singh Kalka and General Secretary Jagdip Singh Kahlon have said that finally Justice prevailed after 40 years.

Talking to media after decision of the Rouse Avenue court to frame charges against Jagdish Tytler u/s The court found that the trial against Tytler can be proceeded under sections sections of 143, 147 153A, 188, 295, 436, 451, 380, 149, 302 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code, Mr. Kalka and Mr. Kahlon said that after struggle of Sikh community for last 40 years our voice have been heard as we have full faith in out Judiciary. They said that successive governments of the Centre led by Congress party had repeatedly given clean chit to Tytler though there was ample proof of his involvement in 1984 Sikh genocide cases.

They said that the decision of the court today has come in one case only and it is now a matter of time that involvement of Tytler in other cases will also come to fore and DSGMC will ensure that he is awarded harshest punishment for crime committed against humanity.

They said that gone are the days when on orders of Congress, police and all other law enforcing agencies had given clean chit to Tytler and other culprits of worst ever genocide on the earth.

They said that it was only after Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi led government came to power in 2014 at the Centre when SIT was reconstituted to reopen all the close cases of 1984 Sikh genocide and now result is before the people.

अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी की महासचिव, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री एवं सिरसा से लोकसभा सांसद कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि 10 साल से प्रदेश की सत्ता में बैठी भाजपा सरकार ने प्रदेश के किसान व कमेरे के साथ छल किया है। न तो किसान को वादे के मुताबिक एमएसपी ही दिलाया गया और न ही न ही गरीबों को घर मुहैया कराने का वादा पूरा किया। एससी परिवारों के छात्रों की छात्रवृत्ति तक को रोक दिया। युवा रोजगार के लिए जमीन-जायदाद बेच कर गलत तरीके से देश छोड़ने के लिए मजबूर हो रहे हैं। नशे के कारोबार पर अंकुश नहीं है, पूरी की पूरी पीढ़ी को खत्म करने की साजिश चल रही है।

वे शुक्रवार को कांग्रेस यात्रा के बरवाला पहुंचने पर उपस्थित जनसमूह को संबोधित कर रही थीं। यात्रा की शुरुआत विशाल योगा आश्रम से हुई, जिसका समापन अग्रसैन चौक पर हुआ। शहर के लोगों ने यात्रा व इसमें शामिल नेताओं का जगह-जगह स्वागत करते हुए फूल बरसाए। बरवाला रोड शो में अपार जनसमुह उमड़ा,   भीड़ देखकर सैलजा गदगद दिखाई दी और हाथ उठाकर कार्यकर्ताओं का अभिवादन करती रही। जय किसान  जय जवान के नारे के साथ उन्हें हल भेंट किया, तो किसी ने फूलाहार पहनाया। रोड शो के दौरान वाहन पर सवार कुमारी सैलजा पर पुष्पवर्षा होती रही, उनका अभूतपूर्व स्वागत करने पूरा बरवाला हलका उमडा हुआ था। कुमारी सैलजा के स्वागत में उमड़े कार्यकर्ता, महिलाओं में भारी उत्साह दिखा तो कार्यकर्ता भावी मुख्यमंत्री कुमारी सैलजा के नारे लगा रहे थे। इस मौके पर उनके साथ रोड शो के आयोजक कृष्ण सातरोड, विधायक रेणुबाला,  पूर्व मंत्री अत्तर सिंह सैनी,  पूर्व विधायक राजरानी पूनम,  पूर्व विधायक रणधीर सिंह धीरा, डा. अजय चौधरी,  अधिवक्ता लाल बहादुर खोवाल,  भूपेंद्र सिंह गंगवा,  बाला देवी खेदड,  बलकार सिंह, नवीन केडिया,  वीरभान मेहता, राजेश चाडीवाल, धर्मपाल गुप्ता, विद्यारानी दनौदा, राजेश अंबरसर आदि मौजूद थे।

इस मौके पर कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि जब 10 साल पहले देश-प्रदेश में भाजपा का शासन बना तो लोगों के मन में उम्मीद जगी कि ये देश-प्रदेश की दिशा और दशा बदल देंगे। मोदी ने कहा था कि खाद, बीज, बिजली, जमीन का किराया फसल की कीमत में जोड़कर उस पर 50 प्रतिशत मुनाफा किसान को देंगे। फिर कहा 2022 तक हरियाणा के किसान की आय दोगुनी हो जाएगी। एक-एक मजदूर के घर में रोजगार देंगे। नौजवानों को नौकरी देंगे। कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि इन्होंने सबसे बड़ा हमला फसल पैदा करने वाले किसान के हक पर बोला। लाखों किसान दिल्ली बॉर्डर पर दिल्ली में बैठे प्रधानमंत्री से न्याय मांगने के लिए एक साल से अधिक समय तक धरने पर बैठे रहे। प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार ने उनके रास्ते में सीमेंट के बोल्डर रखवा दिए, तोप-बंदूक के साथ पुलिस तैनात कर दी, सड़क पर दीवारें चिनवा दी। कहने लगे किसान पीएम से मिलने नहीं जा सकते। कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि शांतिप्रिय किसान वहीं धरने पर बैठ गए। एक साल से अधिक धरना चला, क्योंकि देश के मुट्ठी भर उद्योपतियों को किसान की जमीन का मालिक बनाने का षड्यंत्र रचा जा रहा था। हर रोज किसी न किसी गांव में किसान का शव आता था। 700 से ज्यादा ने शहादत दे दी। आरएसएस, भाजपा, मोदी और उनके केंद्रीय व प्रांतीय मंत्री किसानों को नक्सलवादी, उग्रवादी, मवाली और गुंडे कहते रहे। लेकिन, अंतत: किसान ताकत के आगे दिल्ली व हरियाणा की सरकार को झुकना पड़ा, तीन काले कानून वापस लेने पड़े। परन्तु, यहां भी कानून बनाकर एमएसपी की गारंटी देने की झूठ बोलकर धरना हटवा दिया। 

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि 75 साल में यह देश की पहली सरकार है, जिसने खेती पर टैक्स लगा दिया। खाद, कीटनाटक दवा, ट्रैक्टर, खेती उपकरणों पर जीएसटी लगा दिया। डीजल को 56 रुपये प्रति लीटर से 90 पर पहुंचा दिया। पेट्रोल को 71 रुपये प्रति लीटर से 100 पार करवा दिया। 25 लाख करोड़ रुपये एक झटके में जनता की जेब से निकाल लिए। जबकि, 44 लाख करोड़ रुपया पेट्रोल-डीजल पर टैक्स लगाकर जनता से वसूल कर लिया। कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि गरीब-कमेरे की सुध लेने के लिए इन्होंने कुछ नहीं किया। सरकारी स्कूलों व संस्थानों में पढ़ने वाले अनुसूचित जाति के परिवारों के बच्चों को मिलने वाली छात्रवृत्ति को ही बंद कर दिया। इनका मकसद गरीबों के बच्चों को पढ़ाई से रोकना है, ताकि वे अपने पैरों पर खड़े न हो सकें, पढ़-लिखकर अपना हक न मांग सकें।

एक माह पसीना बहाना है,  कांग्रेस को सत्ता में लाना है

उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओं से कहा कि जो मेहनत लोकसभा चुनाव में की गई थी उससे अधिक मेहनत करनी है एक माह बाकी है, एक माह पसीना बहाना है, घर घर तक राहुल गांधी और मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे का संदेश पहुंचाना है। उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओं से कहा कि एक बात ध्यान में रखना कि सत्ता भी बदलनी है और व्यवस्था भी बदलनी है। एक माह चुप हीं बैठना है, चुनावी बयार कांग्रेस के  पक्ष में है और जनता भी कांग्रेस के साथ खड़ी है बस आपको जनता के साथ रहना है। जनता वोट की चोट से भाजपा को सत्ता से बाहर का रास्ता दिखाएगी।

गुणी, काबिल, शिक्षित बच्चों को नौकरी नहीं:  कुमारी सैलजा

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार ने सबसे बड़ा हमला हमारे बच्चों पर बोला। वे गुणी, काबिल, शिक्षित हैं, लेकिन उनके लिए नौकरी नहीं है। नौकरियों के 47 पेपर लीक हो चुके। पेपर मंडी में बोली लगकर बिकते हैं। एचपीएससी का नाम हरियाणा हेराफेरी सर्विस कमीशन तो एचएसएससी का नाम हरियाणा सर्विस सेल काउंटर हो चुका है। इनके दफ्तरों से करोड़ों रुपयों से भरे सूटकेस मिल रहे हैं। नौकरी न मिलने से आहत बच्चे डोंकी रूट से विदेश जा रहे हैं। कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार युवाओं को रोजगार देने में विफल रही, इसलिए ही हमारे बच्चे, यूक्रेन-रूस युद्ध में जान गंवा रहे हैं। केंद्र सरकार ने फौज को ही ठेके पर करने का विश्वव्यापी रिकॉर्ड बना लिया है। 4 साल बाद जब ये बच्चे सेना से घर आएंगे तो क्या करेंगे, यह सोच कर हर कोई चिंतित है।

उ.प्र. पंजाबी अकादमी ने 30 अगस्त को “कान्ह सिंह नाभा जी का

पंजाबी साहित्य में योगदान” विषयक संगोष्ठी का किया आयोजन

 

लखनऊ 30 अगस्त। उत्तर प्रदेश पंजाबी अकादमी की ओर से शुक्रवार 30 अगस्त को “कान्ह सिंह नाभा जी का पंजाबी साहित्य में योगदान” विषयक संगोष्ठी का आयोजन इन्दिरा भवन स्थित अकादमी कार्यालय कक्ष संख्या 444 में किया गया। इस संगोष्ठी में वक्ताओं ने बताया कि सरदार बहादुर भाई कान्ह सिंह नाभा द्वारा रचित ‘‘गुरशबद रत्नाकर महान कोश, साहित्य की अमूल्य निधि है। इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम संयोजक अरविन्द नारायण मिश्र ने संगोष्ठी में आमंत्रित विद्वानों का सम्मान, अंगवस्त्र और स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर किया।

संगोष्ठी में आमंत्रित विद्वान दविंदर पाल सिंह “बग्गा” ने बताया कि पंथरतन, महान विद्वान, सरदार बहादुर भाई कान्ह सिंह नाभा का जीवन विविधताओं से भरपूर था। वह जहाँ महान साहित्यकार थे, वहीं वह धार्मिक, सामाजिक, शैक्षिक और राजनीतिक क्षेत्र में भी अपनी सेवाएं अर्पित करते थे। यहाँ तक कि अंग्रेज सरकार भी सिखों के धार्मिक और ऐतिहासिक महत्व की समस्याओं के निवारण के सिलसिले में उनकी सलाह लिया करती थी।

इस संगोष्ठी में उपस्थित विद्वान नरेन्द्र सिंह मोंगा ने बताया कि महान पंजाबी विद्वान भाई कान्ह सिंह नाभा अपने समय वर्ष 1861 से 1938 की महान हस्तियों में सर्वोच्च थे। उन्होंने सिख साहित्य का इनसाइक्लोपीडिया कहे जाने वाले ग्रंथ ‘‘महान कोश‘‘ जिसे ‘‘गुरशबद रत्नाकर महान कोश‘‘ भी कहा जाता है, की रचना की थी। उन्होंने पूरे भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप में गुरुओं से संबंधित ऐतिहासिक गुरुद्वारों का सर्वेक्षण भी कराया था। इस कार्य के लिए उन्होंने अपने प्रतिनिधि सरदार प्रद्युमन सिंह को भेज कर वर्ष 1922 से 1925 तक तीन साल की कड़ी मेहनत के उपरांत हासिल हुए सर्वेक्षण के आधार पर गुरु धाम दीदार पुस्तक प्रकाशित करवायी थी। उल्लेखनीय है कि वर्ष 1923 में लखनऊ में तीन ऐतिहासिक गुरुद्वारे थे और नाका हिंडोला में एक सिंह सभा गुरुद्वारा मौजूद था।

श्रीमती रनदीप कौर ने भाई कान्ह सिंह नाभा के व्यक्तित्व और कृतित्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुए बताया कि दिनाँक 30 अगस्त, 1861 में पटियाला रियासत के सरदार नारायण सिंह और माता हर कौर जी के घर में भाई कान्ह सिंह नाभा का जन्म हुआ था। महज छह साल की उम्र में ही अपने पिताजी की देखरेख में उन्होंने श्री गुरु ग्रंथ साहिब जी का पाठ करना सीख लिया था। उन्हें संस्कृत, अंग्रेजी, फारसी और हिंदी इन सभी विधाओं का ज्ञान था। भाई कान्ह सिंह नाभा के बहुमूल्य योगदान के कारण ही भारत सरकार ने साल 1932 में उन्हें “सरदार बहादुर” का सम्मान दिया था। भाई कान्ह सिंह नाभा ने अपने विचारधारा से केवल सिख जगत का ही नहीं बल्कि संपूर्ण भारतीय संस्कृति का प्रतिनिधित्व किया था।

डॉ. रश्मि शील ने संगोष्ठी का सफल संचालन करते हुए कहा कि भाई कान्ह सिंह नाभा जी एक पंजाबी सिख विद्वान, लेखक, मानवविज्ञानी, कोशकार और विश्वकोश्कार थे। उनके द्वारा सिंह सभा आन्दोलन में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई गयी थी। पंचरत्न भाई कान्ह सिंह नाभा 19वीं शताब्दी के महान सिख विद्वान और पंजाबी साहित्य को अपना पहला महान कोश देने वाले महान लेखक और बहुमुखी प्रतिभा के धनी व्यक्ति थे। अनेक भाषाओं के ज्ञाता, प्रतिष्ठित कवि, साहित्यकार और संगीत प्रेमी भी थे। आज भी आपकी इतिहास, धर्म और राजनीति के बारे में की गई खोजकारी और टीकाकारी आधुनिक युग के उभरते हुए विद्वानों के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत हैं। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से त्रिलोक सिंह, अजीत सिंह, मनमोहन सिंह पोपली, अंजू सिंह, महेन्द्र प्रताप वर्मा और रवि यादव सहित अन्य विशिष्ट जन उपस्थित रहे।

कागजों में दौड़ रही है हरियाणा में स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, अस्पताल बीमार, मरीज लाचार: कुमारी सैलजा

भाजपा के दस साल के राज में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का निकला दिवाला

अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी की महासचिव, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री, सिरसा की सांसद कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि एक ओर प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार विकास को लेकर अपनी ही पीठ थपथपाने में लगी हुई है जबकि प्रदेश की जनता मूलभूत सुविधाओं के लिए जूझ रही है। स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, बिजली, पानी जैसे मूलभूत सुविधााएं कागजों में कैद होकर रह गई है। प्रदेश की स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं सबसे अधिक लचर है, कही अस्पताल के फर्श पर तो कही अस्पताल के बाहर डिलीवरी हो रही है, कही डॉक्टर नहीं है, डॉक्टर है तो दवा नहीं है, पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ नहीं है। सरकारी अस्पताल रेफर सेेंटर बनकर रह गए है। आयुष्मान कार्ड पर मरीजों को गुमराह किया जा रहा है, डॉक्टरों का भुगतान न होने पर ऐसे मरीजों को उपचार तक नहीं मिल रहा है। ये जनता सब जानती है उसे गुमराह नहीं किया जा सकता, दस साल से खून का घूंट पी रही जनता ने अब भाजपा सरकार को चलता करने का मन बना लिया है और इस चुनाव में वोट की चोट से भाजपा को जनता सबक सिखाकर रही रहेगी।

मीडिया को जारी बयान में कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा है कि  विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (डब्ल्यूएचओ) के मानकों के अनुसार ग्रामीण इलाकों में हर नागरिक को स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए पांच हजार की आबादी पर एक उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, 30 हजार की आबादी के लिए एक प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (पीएचसी) और 80 हजार से 1.20 लाख की आबादी पर एक सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएचसी) होना चाहिए। प्रदेश में 2667 उपस्वास्थ्य केंद्र, 532 प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र और 128 सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र संचालित हैं। वर्तमान आबादी की जरूरतों के हिसाब से 634 उपस्वास्थ्य केंद्रों, 81 प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों और 53 सामुदायिक केंद्रों की कमी बनी हुई है। वर्तमान में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का ढांचा जितना होना चाहिए, उतना नहीं है। जितना है उनमें भी स्पेशलिस्ट डॉक्टरों, स्टॉफ नर्सों, रेडियोग्राफरों, फार्मासिस्टों, लैब तकनीशियनों और मल्टीपर्पज कैडर की भारी कमी बनी हुई है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसी प्रकार एक सीएचसी में छह विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों (एक सर्जन, एक स्त्री रोग, एक फिजिशियन, एक शिशु रोग, एक हड्डी रोग और एक बेहोशी देने वाला) होना चाहिए।

प्रदेश में जनता की हेल्थ को लेकर कई योजनाएं चलाने की बात कही गई पर उनका लाभ जरूरतमंद लोगों तक नहीं पहुंच रहा फिर ऐसे झूठी घोषणाओं और कथित योजनाओं का क्या लाभ है। पहले मुख्यमंत्री स्वास्थ्य सर्वेक्षण योजना शुरू की गई थी बाद मेें उसका नाम   निरोगी हरियाणा योजना रखा गया यानि सरकार योजनाएं लागू करने के बजाए उनका नाम ही बदलने में लगी रही। सरकार की ओर से कहा गया था कि निरोगी योजना के तहत राज्य में रहने वाले नागरिकों का मुफ्त में मेडिकल चेकअप किया जाएगा ताकि अगर कोई गंभीर बीमारी निकले तो उसका इलाज निशुल्क किया जा सके, योजना के माध्यम से सरकार लोगों का स्वास्थ्य संबंधी डाटा भी एकत्र करेगी, ताकि जरूरत पड़ने पर इसका इस्तेमाल भविष्य में कर सके और लोगों को स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं दे सके पर सरकार की यह योजना भी पानी पी गई। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं देने के लिए सरकार ने ही जिला में एक मेडिकल कालेज खोलने की बात कही, पिछले दस साल में सरकार कितने मेडिकल कालेज खोल पाई जनता को सब पता है। सिरसा मेडिकल कालेज का राष्ट्रपति द्रोपदी मुर्मू से शिलान्यास करवाकर सरकार भूल गई, क्योंकि भाजपा सरकार की नीयत ही साफ नहीं, जनता को गुमराह कर राज करती रही है पर अब परेशान जनता उसे सत्ता से बाहर कर कांग्रेस को सत्ता सौंपने का मन बना चुकी है।

DPCC president Shri Devender Yadav welcomes many leaders of BJP, AAP to Congress fold

 

NEW DELHI, August 29, 2024—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav welcomed several BJP and Aam Aadmi Party leaders, along with their supporters, from Timarpur, Burari, Model Town and Karawal Nagar Assembly to the Congress fold by offering them the party scarf at an impressive function at the DPCC office, Rajiv Bhawan here today. For the past many days, a number of  leaders of BJP and AAP, along with their supporters, had joined the Congress, as they believed in the policies and programmes of the Congress party, and the dynamic leadership of Mallikarjun Khage and Shri Rahul Gandhi.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that the return of former Councillor and MLA candidate from Timarpur Smt. Amarlatha Sangwan to Congress will strengthen the party. Smt. Kejriwal Government’s misgovernance was modelled on three C—Corruption, Commission and Cheating—Devender Yadav

 

NEW DELHI, August 29, 2024—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav said that when the Aam Aadmi Party launches its special “Apka Vidhayak—Apke Dwar”campaign from September 1, at the direction of jailed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, it will have to answer to the people about the many unfulfilled promises, as AAP’s governance model has been based on the three Cs—Corruption, Commission and Cheating. He said that AAP came to power after selling   false dreams like a corruption-free, transparent Government, but in the past 11 years, the AAP Government created a huge record in corruption.

 

Addressing a press conference at the DPCC office, Rajiv Bhawan here today, Shri Devender Yadav said that  17-18 AAP MLAs, including the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister and a Minister had been in and out of  jail on various corruption and other charges, adding that  the AAP MLAs will have no answer about AAP’s misgovernance when they meet the people. He said that this gimmick was AAP’s ploy to regain its lost political ground, as people have lost faith and trust in the Aam Aadmi Party. He said that  Manish Sisodia, who was  in jail for 17 months, was given such a grand welcome  as if he had come out after winning a war or an Olympic medal, forgetting the fact that he had been  denied bail by the apex court seven times before he was granted bail.

 

 Shri Devender Yadav said that the Congress Government headed by Smt. Sheila Dikshit had made Delhi a world class city  during its 15-year rule, but AAP ruined it in 11 years through corruption and destruction, by ruining water, power, health, education, ration and pension sectors. Others present at the press conference were Chairman of the Communications Department and ex-MLA Shri Anil Bhardwaj and ex-MLA Kunwar Karan Singh.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that in 2015, Kejriwal had promised to build 500 schools, but constructed only 39, though the Congress Government had done the spade work for 25 schools, including allotment of land. He said that the Congress Government had earmarked 82 plots for building new schools, but like most other Kejriwal promises, the promise of constructing 500 schools only remained on paper, though the AAP Government set a record of spending Rs 25 lakh for constructing a single class room, and in some cases bathrooms were renovated and shown as  new class rooms. He said that in 2013-14, Delhi Government schools had 16.10 lakh students, but despite the growth in population, by 2023-24, Government schools had only 17 lakh students. He said that from the academic year 2022-23 to 2023-24, there was a reduction of 30,399 students in Government schools.

Shri Devender Yadav said that AAP Government’s record in the health sector too was very dismal, as before demitting power, the Congress Government had laid the ground work for building 16 new hospitals, out of which the Kejriwal Government resumed work only on three hospital projects at Ambedkar Nagar, Burari and Dwarka, that too after Delhi Congress had raised the need to get these hospitals functional during the Covid-19 pandemic when hospital beds became scare. He said that Kejriwal had promised to establish 1000 Mohalla clinics, but built only 541 though many dispensaries and clinics established by the Congress Government were shut down, and  over 65,000 fake tests on non-existing patients were conducted in these Mohalla Clinics, exposing the huge corruption in the running of the mohalla clinics. He said that Congress had left behind 450 dispensaries, but by 2022-23, only 228 dispensaries were functional.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that tAAP had promised to provide electricity at half the rate, but Kejriwal only doubled it by increasing  Rs 5 per unit during Congress regime  to Rs 10 per unit, as power tariff in Delhi became the highest in the country. He said that the Congress Government hiked the power tariff only four times in 15 years, but the AAP Government was increasing the power tariff in every three months to provide huge financial gains to the power distribution companies.  He said that the Kejriwal Government gave Rs 11,743 crore in power  subsidy to the  consumers in five years from 2015-16 to 2020-21, but the power distribution companies were given Rs 37,227 crore on various taxes like PPSC, fixed charge, pension trust charge, electricity charge and regulatory asset charge. He said that after December 30, 2021, no tariff order was promulgated, but the power distribution companies were looting the people through back door.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that Kejriwal had promised free water to the poor, but has been fleecing the people by helping the tanker mafia and  bottling plants as the poor people have been forced to spend Rs 100 per day to buy drinking water, as they were getting dirty water through DJP pipeline. He said that in seven years, Rs 17,575 crore worth of water was wasted in leakage which was a clear case of corruption, about which Congress has demanded a thorough probe. He said that according to official data, 58% water goes in waste, and in the three years between 2019-20 and 2022-23, the leakage of water went up by 56  per cent. He said that the Delhi Jal Board, which was running in profit when Congress was in power, was now in debut to the tune of Rs 75,000 crore due to corruption. He said that the Congress Government had increased the water supply from 591mgt to 906mgt, but the Kejriwal Government could enhance the capacity to only 956mgt in the past 10 years. He said that there was clear evidence of the collusion between the AAP MLAs and the tanker mafia to fleece the people.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that no new ration card was issued in the past 10 years, as only 72.78 lakh people were getting ration, without factoring in the rise in the population.   He said that 11 lakh ration card applications were pending for approval, and the number of food cards, which were 34.55 lakh in 2013-14,  have now been reduced to Rs 17.83 lakh now. He said that the number the number of ration shops have been reduced from 2396 to 1976 which shows the Kejriwal Government’s lack of concern for the poor.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that no new name has been added to the old age pension scheme in the past 10 years, though 4.18 lakh old age pension beneficiaries in Delhi.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that there was huge corruption in the dealings of the Kejriwal Government was evident from the fact that 11 CAG reports have not yet been tabled in the Delhi Assembly, which includes the liquor scam audit; 37 deaths happened this year due to waterlogging and corruption charges to the tune of Rs 100 crore against 38 AAP MLAs were with the Lokayukta.

 

Shri Devender Yadav said that when the AAP MLAs meet the people door-to-door, they will have to answer whey the 11 CAG reports have not been made public; why 37 deaths  happened due to water-logging and electrocution this monsoon, including a mother and child  and three UPSC aspirants; why severe water shortage during summer and frequent rise in the power tariffs; why the education and health sectors were in a mess; who will furnish the expenditure report of the Rs MLA Local Area Development Funds as no development seemed have been carried out in any constituency etc.  He said that tender bills worth Rs 5 crore was cleared at Siraspur without doing any work, and one can only imaging the thousands of crores siphoned off in the 70 Assemblies for the works never carried out.
