DSGMC welcomes court decision to frame charges against Jagdish Tytler

New Delhi, August 30: Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) has welcomed decision of the Rouse Avenue court to frame charges against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in a case of 1984 Sikh genocide and its President Harmeet Singh Kalka and General Secretary Jagdip Singh Kahlon have said that finally Justice prevailed after 40 years.
Talking to media after decision of the Rouse Avenue court to frame charges against Jagdish Tytler u/s The court found that the trial against Tytler can be proceeded under sections sections of 143, 147 153A, 188, 295, 436, 451, 380, 149, 302 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code, Mr. Kalka and Mr. Kahlon said that after struggle of Sikh community for last 40 years our voice have been heard as we have full faith in out Judiciary. They said that successive governments of the Centre led by Congress party had repeatedly given clean chit to Tytler though there was ample proof of his involvement in 1984 Sikh genocide cases.
They said that the decision of the court today has come in one case only and it is now a matter of time that involvement of Tytler in other cases will also come to fore and DSGMC will ensure that he is awarded harshest punishment for crime committed against humanity.
They said that gone are the days when on orders of Congress, police and all other law enforcing agencies had given clean chit to Tytler and other culprits of worst ever genocide on the earth.
They said that it was only after Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi led government came to power in 2014 at the Centre when SIT was reconstituted to reopen all the close cases of 1984 Sikh genocide and now result is before the people.
